Return Policy
We are so excited that you chose to shop with us at The Dress Kingdom! Our mission is to provide you the very best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We do not offer refunds, however we do offer exchanges or Store Credit if we are contacted within 3 days after the item has been delivered and the dress has been shipped back to us within 3 days. Store Credit may be used to purchase the same item in a different size or color, or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on returns/exchanges, so the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original condition. Any packages lost/stolen are eligible for store credit only once a claim has been filed through the delivery service and it was found to be lost/stolen. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns.
